- An affordable housing project with a mix of 88 doubles, singles and flats on three acres located next to shopping, schools and the bus line. The use of perimeter parking and long linear buildings set up a village-like setting. The complex is designed to feel like a small community with private gardens, common open spaces, meandering paths and the playful use of colorful paving. Alleys and trellis structures help create the neighborhood feel within the village.
