Inspired by the old clinker brick on this home, when it came time to remodel the existing pool we used similar brick for the terrace walls, fireplace, in-ground spa, and water feature. This family needed more space and more amenities for outdoor living. We carved out room for the kitchen and some intimate seating areas. We took space from the driveway for generous entry steps and enlarged dining area, and borrowed from behind the garage for a new equipment room and bathroom/changing room. The overall changes made for a wonderful gathering space and enhanced the beauty and value of the house.
